Our Foreign Supplier Verification Programs (FSVPs) have been twice audited and verified as compliant by the FDA. We have participated in the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) program since 2013 and are certified as Tier II . Our participation mean that all of our suppliers must have U.S. Customs and Border Patrol approved food security programs. All of our suppliers are GFSI-certified with up-to-date audits upon request. We conduct annual on-site audits of each supplier-partner. In addition, we conduct semi-annual remote record audits of each supplier to ensure record compliance. Our testing program includes testing samples at source-using 3rd party labs- for each imported lot prior to shipment. Additional testing is completed on each lot upon arrival to our warehouses. Testing parameters include biological and chemical hazards such as pathogens, allergens, pesticides and heavy metals. We work with SGS and Eurofins.
